Course Description: Introduction to lego robotics. Students will learn basic programming and building techniques.
Days of the Week: Thursday, Friday
An introductory course to lego robotics. Students work in teams of two to complete various robotics challenges. They begin the course assembling a lego robot. They then develop techniques to use the gyro sensor, ultrasonic sensor, light sensor and touch sensor. The students gain familiarity with basic programing concepts such as loop and if then statements. Students will program a robot to follow a line, make shapes and rescue a man and a monkey by slaying a dragon.
